I am glad you made it here! I would appreciate every help you can give me to help our lovely webmistress out of those troubles with PayPal! As most of you who read the admin mail know PayPal closed the account of Marije and all her money is gone 
I think her messages are the loveliest I ever read! She is not sad about loosing so much money,.. no! She is sad because she cannot pay us anymore with paypal!
As I know the Terms of PayPal, no MLM (Multi Level Marketing) is allowed! Okay she changed loooong ago to only 1 Referral Level and PP still makes troubles! They don’t want Get Rich Quick Scheme Sites Pyramid etc…. Not one site of marije is anything of that! Everyone of us knows it’s not mlm, it’s not get rich quick etc. it’s pay per action and every honest member was paid, ALWAYS!!
Just ask yourself how many probably hundres of PTR sites are still out there haveing more than 1 Referral Level and they still are in good standings with PayPal!? How many of those sites cheated and scamed us,… and they are STILL in good standings with PayPal!? I won’t accept that and I hope you too!
Also her sites have no autosurf shit, okay to be honest there was a link shown but there never were sites to surf! Please correct me if you like but I can’t remember any site wich was available in autosurf! It’s just a stupid link coming with the script! lol
Now it’s up to YOU to give some support back to marije since she always was there for us! Hey guys she said WE are like her CHILDREN and she won’t ever give us up!! Remember that and please send a simple email to paypal! But please be NICE DON’T send any rude messages! This wouldn’t help anyone of us!! Also if you like and have time leave a comment on this site!

I agree 100%! Marije is a lovely and honest person from what I know of her only by email. She has been very forthright and administered her sites openly and honestly, trying to pay everyone fairly and on time. Why shoull PayPal treat her this way. I think as many of us as possible should write to them and try to get this reversed. We shouldn’t just sit by and let her take on the whole load by herself. OK, fellow site members, let’s get on the stick and get those mails out to PayPal ASAP!!! A special thanks to the lady who created this blog and link to make it easier for the rest of us, too.

I happen to know that some ptr sites offering multiple refferal levels have been given permission to continue from paypal
this is hipocracy!!!
paypal need to either enforce the one level rule or quit griping.
I would like to know which rule it is exactly marije is supposed to have broken

Wish all WM’s were like Marije, and no its not right for paypal to do this, obviously who ever did their homework for paypal, didn’t do it and is ripping off paypal in their salary. I will send paypal a e-mail also. Don’t like to see myself an honest person getting screwed over.

Wow Daki! I think it’s great that you made this site especially for Marije!! I hope the people at paypal will reconsider their decision when they get enough e-mails. Marije is surely one of the nicest en most relyable webmasters I know!

I back Marije! all the way, she is great she has never cheated us and is honest, all her sites are brill. She always pays on time and whenever there is a problem she always emails us to let us know ASAP, never leaving us in the dark on whats happening. I hope she gets things sorted soon, keep up the good work Marije!

Will help as much as i can,i know alot of sites are looseing their paypal and it is wrong when alot are scamming and keeping their’s will email pp and see what happens,won’t give up a good figt for nothing lol,good luck and lets keep this going.

Well I think it is a very nice idea, but is not an idea I support, paypal will not reverse the decision based on a few complaint emails and all that will be accomplished is giving more negative attention to ptr(s).
Marije has repeatedly said she has talked to paypal on the phone and email many times and still they do not reverse the decision and say it is final, all you guys are going to accomplish is annoying the support staff at paypal and make more workers at paypal aware of this decision, and the next time they review a ptr site they will follow the same decision as marije had.
I am very sad about what happened to marije, i dont think she deserved this, i think she broke paypal TOS by accident and not on purpose, and i wish this never happened to her. marije needs to figure out that you dont need paypal in order to run a site, she has said she is lining up other payment processors, and most of them are just as easy to fund as paypal was so i am sure she will be back on track very soon.
you guys shouldnt do this, all it will accomplish is to annoy paypal and give them another excuse to treat ptr badly.

I absolutely don’t understand why PP took this action with a person like Marije, the one person hwo is NOT scamming her members. I find it unbelieveble and I will
write to PayPal immidiately.

Hi, I’m sad about things go on in ptr land. The next will be cashptr with closing the paypal door. It makes me angry to see that. I don’t know Marije , because I’m a member of a site she took a couple of days before, but I’m surprised to see how much people are on her site. She must be very kind.
I hope she will fight against “big brother” with all the people by her site. Best wishes and good luck from germany

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to collect statements of as many members as possible and send it to Paypal’s AUP department ? make it official, complete with full names and email addresses. I mean, they cant deny thousands of costumers, especially when WE are right and THEY are so wrong !!

All I have to say is the more email paipal gets the worse they get and I should know .I
have had my accounts closed for over 3 months and still trying to get answers and none are ever the same.. Also they hold all your funds until they send their last email. So don’t believe 180 days… We won’t see any until Jan or Feb next year

I believe that we all have to sign a protest against Paypal …because it is not correct to do this against Marije. we all block our Paypal payment until this story will finish with the reopening of Marije’s account!

Of course I’ll support Marije in this unfair situation. I’m gonna send about 6 or 7 emails (with different emailadresses) to tell PayPal they are doing very wrong!!

I am sorry about what PayPal did to Marije. She is the perfect PTR-webmistress – very honest and give quick and eprsonal service. I’ve been member of nonpaying PTR-sites. They seam to be wanted by PayPal. I don’t get it. I am very impressed and happy about Marije not giving up.

I don’t agree with closing Marijes PayPal Account because:
1.) She has not violated any terms in our opinion! She changed to only 1 Referral Level because her sites have nothing to do with MLM or Get Rich Quick scheme! Her sites are pay per action sites where honest efforts are paid and nothing else! There is a link to an autosurf program but there never were any ads in that, this link is just simply generated by the CC script! No need to recruite or sell anything to get paid! She always paid honest members!
2.) She always was a correct and honest webmistress and never had any illegal stuff on her sites! She always supported us and was there for us like no other webmaster would do!
3.) It is inacceptable that a webmaster is kicked by paypal who is that honest while disshonest ones that cheat and scam where ever they can have their paypal in good standings! We would appreciate if you would give her a chance to prove you she is not violating any terms from PP! We are all absolutely sure that she will do whatever you tell her to do to keep her account and sites active!
Please can you reconsider the matter with this thruthful lovely woman she is always correct to the people that are working for her and she need to pay us all, so please open her account again, after you see how her website works.

I will support Marije. This is very unfair of paypal. So many people are allowed paypal accounts who are just scammers. I ordered a t shirt from 1 over 3 weeks ago & payed by paypal, I am still waiting, the seller does not answer my emails. Yet Marije has always been honest & payed. The way paypal is treating her is absolutely shocking, Paypal is only giving themselves a bad reputation by treating honest people in this way while letting scammers steal our money.

I think we should start making practical suggestions on how to resolve this. I suggest that all her 7 websites should have a payout option that divert funds to another website and from this website which does not clearly violate any of paypal’s terms, should the be the site to exit or enter funds via paypal.
I am not sure the exact steps to do this but this is an idea i have.

I really support this idea of saving Marije. She is really one of the best webmasters in the PTR scene. Paypal does not have the right to cancel her acount. She does not cheat and has only one refferal level (many site still have 3 or more levels). She always pays on time (many sites just simply dont pay), And her mails are alwys very fun to read. Hereby, i declare my support for Marije. Keep up with all the good work!!

First of all, Marije is not only a good person but a great webmaster to support. Sending Paypal a message is a great idea but I think that joining other payment processors is the only way to really tell Paypal that they are pushing their weight around way too much. I joined Alertpay a while back, and even though their fees are a little on the steep side, there needs to be competition or Paypal will bring the PTR industry down. Hang in there Marije and your persistence will pay off in the end!!!

well what PP has done really stinks (I can think of better words !!!!!!!!!). After Scampay and now … hum…hum…. ScamPal ??????, they have done this why ???. OK, there are scam sites out there but !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, who are they to tell us which are and which aren’t ???, stupid US BLANK !!!!!!!!, they think they run the world. It is only because they have the biggest armies, maybe we should start to call them cummumist ?????

I think it is unfair from paypal to close the account, but as seen om many sites that where paypal closed the accounts, where eventually Paypal decided to open the accounts again. So i keep hoping that Marije gets hers back as well.

I will let paypal know what I think for sure. And I am sorry but I totally disagree with Bugo and his response. I do believe that the more emails they get the better chance there is of a reversal. All is never lost if you have the backing of enough people. My hubby got his job back from the Federal Government, because his co-workers banded together and all wrote letters to say what a great worker he was and it worked he got his job back!! The Federal Government.!!! Let’s try what does Marije have to lose?

Hey..I remember from a while back when I read paypals TOS that ANY games of chance was also not allowed. She has games of chance on her sites. Well, on the one site I belong to anyway. I dont know if its still against paypals TOS now or not. I have sent her an email also letting her know of this.
Hopefully if the games of chance are what caused her to lose her paypal account she can get it back by getting rid of them.

It looks like paypal is ramdomly picking out the people they want to mess with. They get to the hosnest people but let the scam artist keep their PP account.

Marije has always been honest with all of us, her members. Palpal is SO wrong. What is pal pal with out account holders???? NOTHING! I hope that Marije gets her account back. There are so meny cheaters out there that Pal pal can go after, why pick on the honest ones and anger the account holders! Then not even have the deciency of responding to the question of what violation was made? They hide behind a generic e-mail. Nice way of doing business….hiding! Our webmistress has never hid from us, but Pay pal does! always take advantage if the “little guy”, which is what they are doing.
